Occasionally when launching I'm also getting a popup that ways that. Ive disabled my firewall, my Mcafee virus scanner Ive tried running rage as admin, I've added full control to the GTAV folder. Run as Admin, Disable Anti-Virus, restart PC, etc, etc. I made sure my game folder is called Grand Theft Auto V and i tried running it as an administrator and i disabled my antivirus. This command is intended to be used within the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio, as it uses the NuGet module's version of Install-Package. Insufficient permissions or bad-antivirus' i looked online and i couldnt find a fix. If the problem persists, please restart your computer. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. RAGE PLUGIN HOOK INSUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS MOD
I haven't had this issue with previous installs of LSPDFR, so I'm not sure what's causing that but I've tried the laundry list of solutions. NuGet\Install-Package RagePluginHook -Version 1.86.1. When i try to launch the LSPDFR mod this it goes into normal gta and this Message appears: ERROR: Could not hook game process.
